What is virgin hair?Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy and will look gorgeous, wash after wash. All hair from Lise Luxe Beauty can be bleached, dyed, blow dried, and styled with thermal (hot) styling tools. We guarantee that our hair is 100% human hair–or your money back.

How much is in each hair bundle?Hair from Lise Luxe Beauty comes in bundles weighing 100 grams or 3.5 ounces.

How much hair will I need?For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 22 inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, it is recommended to use 4 bundles. For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 5 bundles. When using a closure, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 3 bundles can complete the install. When using a lace frontal, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install.

How long does this hair last?Our 100% virgin hair can last through multiple installs. However, the lifetime of your hair depends heavily on how it is cared for. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it. With proper care, our hair can last up to three years or longer.

Can I color and/or bleach the hair?Yes. Our hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own.

Does the hair shed?A few strands of initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest for customers to seal the weft before installing and brushing it with a wide-tooth comb. You may see a few strands here or there while detangling or styling, but nothing troubling or excessive. Excessive shedding will be caused by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut the weft for installation and keep it moisturized.

Some of the bundles have a slightly lighter hair color than other bundles, I have previously ordered, Is this normal?Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

How should I care for my hair?Use a wide tooth comb, gently comb hair from tip to the top. Wash hair with WARM water and moisturizing shampoo. (Stay away from shampoo that contains Sulfate). Condition hair with COLD water and moisturizing conditioner. Rinse thoroughly. Always air dry to ensure hair stays shiny and does not look brittle. Before Bed, always wrap with a silk bonnet.

Is there a minimum order quatity?No, there isn't any minimum order quantity needed. You can buy one bundle, a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.

What is your return policy?Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, the hair that you purchase is a final sale. We do not offer refunds on any of our hair product purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. What is your shipping policy?All our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer. We ship orders using DHL, FedEx or UPS and other couriers according to the area. Please note that once payments are received orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours. This excludes weekends and holidays. Shipping requires 2-3 business days for stock items. Customized items are shipped within 1 week. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our manufacturer. Please note that once packages are received by the shipper, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item.
